We are seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee contract management, cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting, while working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all project requirements are met. Your expertise in procurement processes and vendor management will be essential in negotiating contracts and securing the best value for the organization.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration into construction projects. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tender documents, conducting risk assessments, and implementing effective cost control measures.
